
Community Doula Access Program
ACDC is committed to making doula care accessible for all families, no matter their circumstances. We partner with providers, community organizations, and local allies to offer donated doula services for families who qualify through need-based criteria. For those reaching out directly, we also offer a sliding scale so support can meet you where you’re at.
Program Criteria
If you are a community partner referring a client for donated doula support, please use the form below. We accept a limited number of clients through this program and prioritize those who meet the following criteria.

To qualify for our Community Doula Access Program, the client must:
Be currently on AHCCCS

AND meet one of the following:

Will otherwise be alone in labor
-
Under 18 years old at delivery
-
Intellectual or developmental disability
-
History of trauma or substance abuse
-
Currently homeless
-
Currently incarcerated
-
Active duty military
We strive to fulfill all eligible referrals, but volunteer doula availability is limited. This program is supported by generous doulas, donors, and funders committed to equitable care.

We believe everyone deserves doula care and we’re committed to meeting people where they’re at. Our collective includes a diverse network of doulas, and we do our best to match each person with someone who fits their needs and preferences.
We do not turn anyone away due to lack of funds if our program funding allows. If you’re unsure where you fall on the scale, please reach out we will work with you.
