Community Doula Access Program

ACDC is committed to making doula care accessible for all families, no matter their circumstances. We partner with providers, community organizations, and local allies to offer donated doula services for families who qualify through need-based criteria. For those reaching out directly, we also offer a sliding scale so support can meet you where you’re at.

Program Criteria

If you are a community partner referring a client for donated doula support, please use the form below. We accept a limited number of clients through this program and prioritize those who meet the following criteria.

  • Intellectual or developmental disability

  • History of trauma or substance abuse

Self-Referral for Sliding Scale Doula Support

If you are filling this out for yourself, or if your client does not qualify for our free doula program, please use our Sliding Scale Doula Inquiry Form.

We believe everyone deserves doula care and we’re committed to meeting people where they’re at. Our collective includes a diverse network of doulas, and we do our best to match each person with someone who fits their needs and preferences.

We do not turn anyone away due to lack of funds if our program funding allows. If you’re unsure where you fall on the scale, please reach out we will work with you.
