Breastfeeding, Chestfeeding, & Bottle Feeding Basics

Learn about the basics of feeding your baby while also debunking myths about different feeding options.
Postpartum Prep & Planning
Third Tuesday of the Month - 2:30-4:30pm
Get ready for this life transition with an overview of what you may experience in the days and weeks after giving birth during the postpartum period. This class will provide expectant parents with a general overview of topics:

What a mother/birthing person may experience physically and mentally after birth, along with tips and tricks to make this time period a little smoother

What fathers and partners may experience during the postpartum period, along with ways they can bond with baby and support the mother/birthing person

An overview of newborn development, physical changes, and behaviors. Tips will be provided for understanding and tending to a newborn’s needs.
Cesarean Section Birth Preparation
Third Thursday of the month - 4:00-5:00pm
Learn how to prepare your mind and body for your belly birth! We suggest you take this class about one month before the expected birth of your baby.
